SM5430 AcryI-R® Non-Skinning, Non-Sag SSR 

(Standing Seam Roof) Sealant 

A high performance, high solids, non-skinning, non-drying standing seam root (SSR) sealant based on a unique elastomer that 

provides a non-stringy consistency and excellent resistance to severe environmental conditions of heat, cold, and moisture. 

Specifically formulated for precise application into concealed panel joints for roll forming lines (standing seam roof panels). It has 

excellent cut-off characteristics and is not stringy or messy to apply. It is also designed for sealing the warm side of concealed exterior 

polyurethane foam panels to form a vapor barrier seal. It is formulated without asbestos fillers. 

• Excellent adhesion to oily GALVALUME, ZINCALUME, KYNAR 500, aluminum, aluminized steel, polyvinyl fluoride and

SEALANT AND ADHESIVES 

Sikaflex One Part Urethane Sealant ia a high performance, medium modulus, single component moisture curing 

construction grade joint sealant. It exhibits good adhesion to oily GALVALUME, ZINCGRIP, and aluminized steel, without 

attacking the metal coating. It also bonds to fiber reinforced polyester (FRP), polyurethane, polyvinyl fluoride, and 

siliconized polyester painted metal. 

This unique weather resistant sealant has high recovery making it ideal for sealing dynamically moving joints. It has 

exceptional resistance to cuts and tears. It is faster curing than silicone and solvent acrylic sealants. 

SikaLastomer 501 is a premium grade, high solids, non-skinning, non-drying butyl rubber-based compound designed for 

caulking the female lip of standing seams roof and wall panels. It is intended for use in concealed indoor and outdoor 

applications. 

This caulk has permanent tack which allows the caulk to be bonded in the field between two metal surfaces up to six (6) 

months after initial application. 


It also has excellent adhesion to metals lightly coated with mill lubricants, oily GAL VALUME, galvanized metal, KYNAR 

500, ZINCGRIP, and aluminized steel. 

SB-200 Panel And Foam Adhesive 

A multi-purpose, quick grabbing,- waterproof adhesive used for paneling, plywood, hardboard, pre-finished panels to new 

and existing walls. Bonds well to foam insulation panels, and is used to install foam to concrete.. wood and drywall, etc. 

Conforms to FHA 906.4.3. Packed 24 -1/16ths or 12 qts. per case. 

SB-400 Decking Construction Adhesive 

Quality waterproof, high strength, rubber base decking adhesive for gluing subfloors. It produces a stronger floor and 

absorbs vibration and bridges that eliminate nail pops and backouts to stop squeaks and deflection. Also used to bond 

furring strips to concrete walls. Conforms to or surpasses specifications FHA UM-60, PFS, APA-AFO-01, UN-STD-1740 

C557-73. Packed 12 qts. per case. 

SB-190 Everseal Heavy Duty Sealant-Adhesive

joints, precast concrete panel joints, tilt-up panel joints, curtain wall joints and perimeter caulking (window , 

doors, panels, radon miti-gation, bedding of mullions and frames, etc).

Weatherproofing Sealant 

One-Part High Performance Elastomer 

VULKEM SEALANT 

Vulkem 116 is a one-part moisture curing, gun grade polyurethane sealant. V ulkem 116 is durable, flexible 

and offers excellent performance in moving joints. V ulkem 116 does not require a primer on most 

construction materials. 

Basic Uses: 

Vulkem 116 is an excellent general purpose sealant designed for use in precast, masonry , window frame 

perimeters and similar types of construction joints. V ulkem 116 is suit-able for continual immersion in water . 

Vulkem 116 is designed for exterior and interior use. 

Limitations:

Aluminum, Black, Dark Bronze, Bronze, Buff, Gray, Ivory, Limestone, Redwood Tan and White. 

Application: 

Vulkem 116 is easy to apply with conventional caulking equipment. Fill joint completely and tool. At 75'F

depth per day. The cure rate is reduced at lower temperatures and less humidity .

VULKEM ® 145 

One-Part Pourable Polyurethane Sealant 

Vulkem 45 is a one-part moisture curing, pour grade polyurethane joint sealant. V ulkem 45 does not require a 

primer on most construction materials. 

Basic Uses: 

Vulkem 45 has been formulated for sealing expansion and control joints in parking garages, plazas, terraces, 

highways, bridges, swimming pool decks, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, floor and sidewalk joints. 

Extraordinary adhesion, cohesion, abrasion and tear resistance are inherent in the base polymer . Vulkem 45 

is suitable for use in continuous water immersion. 

Limitations: 




White, Limestone, Gray, Buff/Dark Tan, and Black. 

Application: 

Vulkem 45 is easy to apply with conventional caulking equipment. At 75'F (23.9'C), 500/0 R.H. a skin forms 

within 24 hours. Curing continues at the rate of 1/16 inch (0.16 mm) depth per day . The cure rate is reduced 

at lower temperatures and less humidity.
