Exhibitor Prospectus OMTEC brings together people with ideas, people with solutions and people with the motivation and desire to succeed and be better at what they do. Our extensive marketing campaign utilizes direct and electronic mail, social media networks, online and onsite promotions as well as print and digital advertising in publications reaching the orthopaedic industry’s key decision-makers. 2012 Page 8
Exhibitor Prospectus 2011 booth rates remain in effect for 2012. Pricing: 10’ x 10’: $4,800 10’ x 20’: $9,600 Each booth includes: • Carpet in show colors • Signage (7” x 44” with company, city, state and booth number) • Daily vacuuming • Table (draped/skirted 6’ x 30”) • Side chairs (2) and wastebasket (1) • Drayage (100 lbs. direct-shipment freight handling) Booth rental does not include electricity and Internet access. Exhibitors receive: • Graphics to entice attendees (for web and print) • Five complimentary staff badges for each 100’ of space rented • Unique online promo code to extend to an unlimited number of prospective attendees – good for 50% off the cost of registration • List of attendees emailed post-event Booth Assignment is based first upon accumulated Priority Points, and second upon date of receipt of your application. The following factors are considered in assigning priority points: • Number of years participating in OMTEC • Size of previous booth space • Sponsorship activity • Exhibiting Company has at least one Member in ORTHOWORLD • Exhibiting Company has a Player Profile in the Supplier Directory • Exhibiting Company advertises in each issue of BONEZONE® To date, 200+ companies have Priority Point status. Priority Point ranking will be used to assign booth space for applications received on or before Monday, October 31, 2011. Applications received after October 31, 2011 and new exhibitors will select their booth on a first-come, first-served basis. All Primary Contacts will receive confirmation of booth space assignments via email by Friday, November 4, 2011. Please note that we invite exhibitors to indicate booth location preferences as well as companies that you prefer to be situated away from. We will do our very best to accommodate your requests. A 35% deposit of the booth cost is required to reserve exhibit space. Balance payment is due Friday, March 30, 2012. Applications received after March 30, 2012 require full payment. Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, February 1, 2012 will be refunded in full less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday, February 1, 2012 will be refunded in full less a $1,200 processing fee. The deadline to submit your Exhibitor Application is Friday, June 1, 2012. Photography Only employees of ORTHOWORLD or their agents may take photographs freely in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors may only photograph their own booth space. Teardown Policy In keeping with the professional nature of this event, booth teardown begins no sooner than the closing of the exhibit hall on Thursday. Out of professional courtesy and to best serve attendees, exhibitors may not commence teardown before this time, including activities such as removing displayed items from view, placing goods in packing containers, etc. Exhibitors who violate this policy will be directed to cease by show security and early teardown may also result in revocation of priority points and exclusion from future events. We ask that a representative of each Exhibiting company sign the Application and Contract (page 10 of this Prospectus) to confirm that they have read and will hold booth personnel accountable to uphold the teardown policy.
