Booth Assignment is based first upon accumulated Priority Points, and second upon date of receipt of your application.<br />

The following factors are considered in assigning priority points:<br />

• Number of years participating in OMTEC<br />

• Size of previous booth space<br />

• Sponsorship activity<br />

• Exhibiting Company has at least one Member in ORTHOWORLD<br />

• Exhibiting Company has a Player Profile in the Supplier Directory<br />

• Exhibiting Company advertises in each issue of BONEZONE®<br />

To date, 200+ companies have Priority Point status. Priority Point ranking will be used to assign booth space for applications received on<br />

or before Monday, October 31, 2011. Applications received after October 31, 2011 and new exhibitors will select their booth on a first-come,<br />

first-served basis. All Primary Contacts will receive confirmation of booth space assignments via email by Friday, November 4, 2011.<br />

Please note that we invite exhibitors to indicate booth location preferences as well as companies that you prefer to be situated away<br />

from. We will do our very best to accommodate your requests.<br />

A 35% deposit of the booth cost is required to reserve exhibit space. Balance payment is due Friday, March 30, 2012. Applications<br />

received after March 30, 2012 require full payment.<br />

Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, February 1, 2012 will be refunded in full less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received<br />

after Wednesday, February 1, 2012 will be refunded in full less a $1,200 processing fee.<br />

The deadline to submit your Exhibitor Application is Friday, June 1, 2012.<br />

Photography<br />

Only employees of ORTHOWORLD or their agents may take photographs freely in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors may only photograph<br />

their own booth space.<br />

Teardown Policy<br />

In keeping with the professional nature of this event, booth teardown begins no sooner than the closing of the exhibit hall on Thursday.<br />

Out of professional courtesy and to best serve attendees, exhibitors may not commence teardown before this time, including activities<br />

such as removing displayed items from view, placing goods in packing containers, etc. Exhibitors who violate this policy will be directed<br />

to cease by show security and early teardown may also result in revocation of priority points and exclusion from future events.<br />

We ask that a representative of each Exhibiting company sign the Application and Contract (page 10 of this Prospectus) to confirm that they have read<br />

and will hold booth personnel accountable to uphold the teardown policy. We need and appreciate your help.<br />
