industry standard peripheral devices. <strong>X15</strong> and<br />
<strong>X20</strong> also incorporate numerous inputs/outputs,<br />
and advanced security features. <strong>Heber</strong> has<br />
produced the <strong>X15</strong> and <strong>X20</strong> <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Kits</strong> to<br />
help minimise your gaming development time.<br />
Everything you need – The <strong>X15</strong> and <strong>X20</strong><br />
<strong>Development</strong> <strong>Kits</strong> are supplied in their own sturdy<br />
case with all items neatly held in foam compartments<br />
and ready to use. The kit is centered<br />
around an <strong>X15</strong> or <strong>X20</strong> controller and backplane<br />
connected to an evaluation board containing<br />
an array of indicators,<br />
switches, connectors<br />
and a pair of<br />
speakers.<br />

Just add a PC – To begin using the <strong>X15</strong> or <strong>X20</strong><br />
<strong>Development</strong> Kit, connect the <strong>X15</strong> or <strong>X20</strong> board<br />
using the supplied USB cable to a PC running<br />
Windows ® XP Embedded or Linux. Install the CD-<br />
ROM to provide a graphical programming<br />
environment and all of the necessary library<br />
functions to drive and monitor the various board<br />
functions.<br />
Evaluation and testing – The <strong>X15</strong> and <strong>X20</strong><br />
<strong>Development</strong> <strong>Kits</strong> enable you to begin developing<br />
and testing with your newly written game code. The<br />
results can be quickly seen on the <strong>X15</strong> or <strong>X20</strong><br />
evaluation board. Every input has a switch plus a<br />
connector, and every output has a connection point<br />
and an indicator. This means that you can choose<br />
to simulate everything on board or begin connecting<br />
gaming machine peripheral devices.<br />
