making Tata Technologies a part of himself for the past 8 years.<br />
Key Expertise and Responsibilities<br />
Hemant's key expertise lies in Human Capital Management (HCM) along with SAP HR modules,<br />
Cloud (SaaS) services and Business Process Re-engineering. His duties at work involve providing<br />
his technical inputs for HCM and Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Tata Motors Limited,<br />
interactions with the HR teams at TML and Tata Technologies to propose solutions and queries to<br />
the Learning Management System (LMS) modules, advising and mentoring his extended team at<br />
multiple locations and driving the importance of sustaining Human Capital to the senior<br />
management team.<br />
Key Projects<br />
Credited for the Automation of Tata Technologies ESG (Enterprise Service Group) data feeds on the<br />
SAP HR system, data feeds from Tata Motors Engineering Research Centre to the Learning<br />
Management System (LMS).<br />
Involved in the project of Automation of Feeds from Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<br />
system to Tata Motors File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Server conjoined with the Corner Stone's On-<br />
Demand Learning Management Software (CSOD LMS). Words of appreciation received from the CIO<br />
of Tata Motors.<br />
Managed a team which successfully launched the Learning Management System for Tata<br />
Marcopolo at the Dharwad and Lucknow locations.<br />
Certifications & Industry Forums<br />
Hemant is a part of the SAP Developer Network (SDN) forum and has been conferred with an award<br />
for the Best Consultant- SAP HR Payroll at Capgemini supporting the North American region and the<br />
Learning Management System (LMS) implementation was termed as the Best Technical Project by<br />
Tata Motors – IT.<br />
Education<br />
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Pune (UoP) and has<br />
completed a Degree in Marketing Management with a specialization in Materials.<br />

to test his alloy wheels.
