Vaibhav Pandare currently works as a Program Manager supervising the implementation of SAP<br />
based projects, under the Enterprises Solutions Group at Tata Technologies, Pune. In his career<br />
spanning 19 years, he has had the privilege of working for the Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing<br />
and Steel Mill industries through organizations like Crompton Greaves, Tata Consultancy Services<br />
before making Tata Technologies his base since early 2002. His work commitments have taken him<br />
to the United States of America (USA) where he was stationed for close to 6 years.<br />
Key Expertise and Responsibilities<br />
Vaibhav' s area of expertise lies in mapping Small and Medium Industries for SAP consultation and<br />
implementation of multiple modules combined with SAP Program Management and SAP<br />
integration with other systems. At work, his duties involves review of current projects and programs,<br />
status reviews with clients and business development endeavors, submission of new project bids<br />
and internal team development business activities.<br />
Key Projects<br />
Successful implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) design and deployment for a large<br />
automotive client in USA.<br />
Successfully designed and implemented quarterly SAP release processes, for a large US based<br />
manufacturing organization's worldwide operations.<br />
Architected solutions on SAP Implementation projects based on SAP Plan to produce, Purchase to<br />
Pay and Order-to-Cash for Tata Consultancy Services.<br />
SAP and MES Implementation Project for Tinplate Company of India Limited (TCIL) which was highly<br />
appreciated by the top management at TCIL.<br />
Certifications & Industry Forums<br />
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute<br />
(PMI), USA, has completed an ITIL Foundation certification course in IT Service Management while<br />
also completing certifications in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement and Order<br />
Fulfillment with mySAP for SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules<br />
respectively.<br />

My career has progressed on the right track at Tata Technologies and I have always received<br />
support from my seniors who have made me work on my areas of interest. The work chemistry<br />
between people is high and I feel the $ 1 billion target is achievable with able guidance from the<br />
leadership team.<br />
Education<br />
He has completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also done a Master's in<br />
Business Administration (MBA) from University of Pune (UoP).<br />
Balancing Life<br />
Vaibhav reads books of the fiction/non-fiction genre and has been learning the guitar to pursue a<br />
childhood dream of his. While in the United States, he enjoyed ice skating and travelled to cities like<br />
California, Texas, New York, Minnesota and Chicago. He donates yearly to CRY and Adopt Online,<br />
India.<br />
