Nitin has been an integral part of the Enterprise Service Group for over 12 years at Tata
Technologies, Mumbai and has a played a consequential role in building the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) module's implementation services. His 17 years of vast experience has given
him the opportunity to work in organizations like Godrej, United Parcel Service (UPS), and New Jersey
India Group in industries like Production Systems and Cargo. He considers being a Subject Matter
Expert (SME) as a privilege bestowed by the organization.

His key expertise lies in SAP CRM Implementation and upgrades in varieties like Oracle Siebel,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Goldmine, Clarify, Avanti CRM to name a few. His responsibilities at work
include holistic review of current projects, error re-solvency and team's overall progress while
meeting clients' expectations and matching services based upon their thoughts.

Nitin has a certification in Siebel CRM and also possesses a certification from the 'Train the Trainer'
program, a knowledge sharing endeavor initiated by Tata Technologies.
Education
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Applied Computer Science and has completed a
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Computer Science and Operational
Research from Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED), Pune. He also
has a Diploma in Foreign Trade.

Balancing Life
Nitin is a jovial person and enjoys sharing a joke with his colleagues and peers. He is musically
inclined and plays the Piano on special occasions for the pure joy of entertaining his loved ones.
Nitin was the Vice Captain of his University's Cricket team and learnt the importance of team
bonding through this beloved sport of his. He considers himself a philanthropist and invests time
with his better half at blind schools and orphan's village whenever possible.
My 12 years of association with Tata Technologies has been seamless and culturally aligned with
the ethos of the Tata Group. I have been lucky to receive support from my managers, absolute
freedom to work and some dream projects to execute. The exposure obtained while working with
domestic and international clients was exceptional and I would like to share this among my
young colleagues.
