Anand is passionate about keeping his family happy. He enjoys every nap that he takes and likes

Hemant's key expertise lies in Human Capital Management (HCM) along with SAP HR modules, 

Cloud (SaaS) services and Business Process Re-engineering. His duties at work involve providing 

his technical inputs for HCM and Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Tata Motors Limited, 

interactions with the HR teams at TML and Tata Technologies to propose solutions and queries to 

the Learning Management System (LMS) modules, advising and mentoring his extended team at

Marcopolo at the Dharwad and Lucknow locations.

Learning Management System (LMS) implementation was termed as the Best Technical Project by 

Tata Motors – IT.

HEMANT V. MAHALE

Hemant is musically inclined and enjoys listening to music and also croons to hits from the Indian 

Film industry. He takes off to the Western Ghats in Maharashtra and enjoys going on trekking

Hrishikesh, currently works as a Team Leader for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on Service 

Oriented Architecture (SoA) and Business Process Management (BPM) under the Enterprise Services 

Group at Tata Technologies, Pune. He began his career with Tata Technologies in August 2007 and 

has been a part of the company ever since, having served the Automotive and Manufacturing 

industries. 


Hrishi's areas of expertise are Build Factory and Business Process Management (BPM) combined 

with Structures Query Language (SQL)/ Postgre SQL, .Net, Java and Scripting programming 

languages. At work, his duties include contributing to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team involved in 

multiple projects, acting as a point of contact to determine new solutions and reviewing them, 

mentorship of aspiring solution developers and sharing knowledge in open discussion sessions.

Credited with the implementation of the 'Travel Online' application based on .Net programming 

language for Tata Technologies. 

Contributed in the 'Effective Point Advice System' project for Tata Technologies. 

Involved in a complex yet engaging 'IPR System' Project which validated Intellectual Property Rights 

(IPR) involving close to 150 actions/combinations. This project received high recommendation from 

the CIO of Tata Technologies. 

Part of the Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF), a Google project, which assisted in the on-line 

booking of 258 vehicles for Tata Motors CVBU. 


He has received many internal appreciation awards and a Champion award for the Servigistics 

solutions proposed which involved SAP, CRM and Informatics.

HRISHIKESH R. KHADKE

My career at Tata Technologies has been quite satisfying and the opportunities received have 

been inspiring. The organizational goals outlined by the senior management are achievable 

considering concentrated efforts by all. It is also important to build a culture of accepting new

Hrishi is passionate about travelling and loves exploring the Konkan region in Maharashtra during 

the winter season. He aspires to visit the Kanha Wildlife Sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh as he feels a 

strong connect with wildlife. After exploring the resorts and cuisines of Thailand couple of years 

ago, Mauritius is his next destination. He dabbles into photography once in a while and does try his 

hand in cooking. Research work always excites him and the game of cricket holds a special place in 

his heart. He donates his yearly birthday expenditure to the needy and makes internal donations

Jagadeesh Tambi heads the Centre of Excellence – Manufacturing Systems for the Enterprise 

Services Group at Tata Technologies. He has over 15 years of experience in Project Management 

within Plant automation and MES Interfaces in industries like Automotive, Oil & Gas, Utilities and 

Digital Manufacturing in Middle Eastern countries, including India. He has had past associations with 

Yantra Automation and Wipro Technologies before joining Tata Technologies in 2012. 


His area of expertise is Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) combined with Plant Automation 

and MES Interfaces. While at work, he wears many hats and greases himself with the multiple duties 

of Project Management, Business Analysis, Pre-sales and Mentorship programs along with 

campus recruitments.

Building a new team for SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Automation) at Tata Technologies 

which generated revenues of $1 million. 

Process Data Server (PDS) upgrades for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) at Tata

JAGADEESH TAMBI

Jagadeesh is always up for a challenge and has an urge to constantly contribute at work and 

beyond. He is a passionate numismatic, has coins from close to 30 countries and enjoys travelling 

the world with France, USA, UK, Germany, Dubai being some of his chosen locations. He has also 

been credited with the creation of a business travel hand-book for employees visiting/deployed in 

Ireland. He sponsors the education of an underprivileged girl child every year at his native village in 

Andhra Pradesh and tracks her progress. He considers it his moral duty to provide safe living & 

working conditions for women in India and looks to contribute towards it.

Sanjay is a Senior Subject Matter Expert within the Engineering & Design Group at Tata 

Technologies, Pune. Over his vast 30 years of experience, he has served in industries like Earthmoving, 

Construction Mining, Agriculture Drilling Equipment, Development Engineering and Manufacturing 

procurement. Some of establishments he has been a part of include Indore Nitriders, Kores (India) 

Limited, Eimco Elecom India Limited, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Case Equipment Private Limited and 

Sany Heavy Industries India Private limited before making Tata Technologies his own in early 2012. 


His key area of expertise lies in the Construction and Heavy equipment which includes Prototype 

Development, Hydraulic System for Equipment, Procurement and Vendor Development and 

Product Design. His role of at work involves guiding and training the team in all technical concepts of 

projects in the Industrial & Heavy Machinery (I&H) domain included with Pre-sales activities. He also 

contributes in technical and business discussions with the sales team.

Sanjay enjoys reading technical publications and journals thereby keeping himself updated with 

the technology trends in the industries he caters to. He takes a special liking to actions movies of 

the English and Hindi variant. Sharing his knowledge with career aspirants allows his learning curve 

to be constantly challenged. Post retirement, Sanjay would like to invest time in charitable activities. 

Tata Technologies has encouraged me to look at the bigger picture of being associated with a 

Tata Group company. Though my experience here has been a mélange of good and execrable

Nitin has been an integral part of the Enterprise Service Group for over 12 years at Tata 

Technologies, Mumbai and has a played a consequential role in building the Customer Relationship 

Management (CRM) module's implementation services. His 17 years of vast experience has given 

him the opportunity to work in organizations like Godrej, United Parcel Service (UPS), and New Jersey 

India Group in industries like Production Systems and Cargo. He considers being a Subject Matter 

Expert (SME) as a privilege bestowed by the organization. 


His key expertise lies in SAP CRM Implementation and upgrades in varieties like Oracle Siebel, 

Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Goldmine, Clarify, Avanti CRM to name a few. His responsibilities at work

Nitin is a jovial person and enjoys sharing a joke with his colleagues and peers. He is musically 

inclined and plays the Piano on special occasions for the pure joy of entertaining his loved ones. 

Nitin was the Vice Captain of his University's Cricket team and learnt the importance of team 

bonding through this beloved sport of his. He considers himself a philanthropist and invests time 

with his better half at blind schools and orphan's village whenever possible. 

My 12 years of association with Tata Technologies has been seamless and culturally aligned with 

the ethos of the Tata Group. I have been lucky to receive support from my managers, absolute

Nitin enjoys driving his SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) with just a roadmap and follows the Lonely Plant 

program on the Discovery Channel to learn of new and exotic places he can explore. Ha Long Bay in 

Vietnam is his next destination and he has played football with the AJAX Football team in 

Netherlands. He is the Founder and secretary of Foundation to Educate, Empower and Liberate 

(FEEL), an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) which saves and finances the education of girls 

who are victims of human trafficking, male atrocities, etc. In 2012, this NGO collected 1300 atrocity 

cases within Maharashtra and assisted in resolving 800 of them.

V.G. Kulkarni (VGK) as he is professionally known is a stalwart within the Enterprise Services Group 

at Tata Technologies, regularly architecting solutions for clients through multiple SAP Programs and 

is a consultation expert in New Product Development (NPD). His association with the organization 

has touched 20 years and he has learnt and applied the knowledge of IT Enabled systems at 

Maharashtra State Textile Corporation, Mumbai and Nueland Laboratories, Hyderabad earlier. 


VGK's areas of expertise are Inbound Supply Chain, Purchasing, Early Vendor Involvement (PPAP & 

WCQ) and his responsibilities include competency management, proposal making, business 

development, and solution and team development. He always makes an effort to listen to the 

customer and solve their issues by proposing innovative solutions.

Implementation of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool at Tata Motors Limited (TML), 

which involved development of Reverse Auction Engine for TML with support from SAP. This project 

got the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) award. 

Implementation of Value Chain Management System for clients like Kinetic, Whirlpool, Bausch & 

Lomb. 

IT Enablement of Business System, i.e. Production Systems, Sales Order Processing System, Payroll 

and Finance at Maharashtra State Textile Corporation. 


VGK is in process of filing an Intellectual Property Right (IPR) titled 'STAR++', which deals with the 

'Automation of Request for Quotation (RFQ)' and is credited for developing the Value Chain 

Management solution at Tata Technologies. He has received over 50 awards from customers and 

Fortune 500 companies like SAP India, Tata Motors Limited while also being a decorated speaker at

the founder of a farmer's NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) named “Annadata Seva Souharda 

Sahakari Niyamit” at Aigali District, Belgaum which runs on a no-profit, no-loss basis.

Vivek is a Program Manager looking into the delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 

based services, under the Enterprise Services group at Tata Technologies based out of Mumbai. He 

has over 16 years of experience working in the Automotive, Information Technology and Engineering 

Service Provider industries. Before joining Tata Technologies in March 2011, he was associated with 

companies like Thermax Limited, Vats IT Services, Grovel Software Limited and Accenture India 

Limited. 


His key area of expertise is Siebel CRM Implementation and Upgrades along with implementation of 

Dealer Management Systems (DMS). At work, his responsibilities include project tracking and 

delivery management, client relationship management, resource management; inclusive of

Vivek is a family man and investing time in welfare activities for his young family is his only true 

passion. On certain days, the writer within himself embarks on an emotional journey, thereby 

allowing his thoughts to flow on paper. The game of badminton keeps him fit and agile.

Indranil is currently associated with Tata Technologies as a Subject Matter Expert in Computer Aided 

Engineering (CAE) within the Engineering & Design Group. With over 20 years of work experience, he 

has been associated with sundry industries like Heavy Machinery, Automotive and Engineering 

Service Providers. Ingersoll Rand, Tata Elxsi, Maruti Udyog and Mahindra & Mahindra are some 

establishments with which he has had affiliations, before joining Tata Technologies in 2012. 


His key area of expertise is Vehicle Durability combined with analysis of load profile for Cars, SUVs 

and Mini trucks, analysis of vehicle dynamics parameters and hard-point optimization for 

suspension systems. His responsibilities at work imply, managing fluctuating work hours and 

teams for delivering JLR Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) programs for durability and dynamics 

along with motivating and mentoring young minds to give their best at work.

Delivered Tata Superace Rigid Axle program for durability analysis to Tata Motors 

Delivered the Manza CNG Project to Tata Motors. (Award conferred) 


Indranil and his team had submitted a technical paper over the Society of Automotive Engineers 

(SAE) International forum, of which he is also a member, in 2010 titled 'A Durability Case Study of SUV 

and MUV Using Measures Proving Ground Road Profiles.' He was a part of Confederation of Indian 

Industry (CII) earlier and has filed for a patent which is currently under internal review. A Six Sigma 

Green Belt from Motorola, Indranil has completed a Vehicle Dynamics Certification program from the 

Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

INDRANIL BHAATTACHARYA

been quite good. In the years ahead, I aspire to take up the Head of Engineering position and locus 

Tata Technologies as a premier service provider for vehicle design. 


Being technically sound, Indranil invests time in reading technical publications, journals and papers 

that catch his attention. In this day age of scientific calculators, he enjoys solving complex 

mathematical problems through manually and credits it for keeping his brain sharp. Opening a 

tutorial center for Grade 10 and Grade 12 students, giving lessons in subjects like Mathematics and 

Physics is a dream he would like to pursue once he relinquishes his corporate job.

Francis is a Program Manager, associated with Tata Technologies for close to 25 years within the 

Enterprise Services Group and has successfully worked in the Automotive, Steel, Power, Chemical 

and Medical Manufacturing industries. He has enjoyed every bit of working for Tata Technologies as 

he gets to learn new things on the job each day, while interacting with a lot of clients, consultants and 

vendors.

One his most challenging projects was for Singapore Aero Engines Services Limited (SAESL) based 

upon the Global Engineering Centre (GEC) model with a dedicated Tata Technologies' team providing 

expertise in the designing of various ground support and ground handling equipment, process 

engineering and technology optimization for the Rolls-Royce Trent Engine types overhauled by 

SAESL. This project has been executed using minimum resources and involved jumping into a 

completely new area of business with the benefits of improvement in workforce efficiency and 

turnaround time optimization.

in the Corporate Sustainability backed Ready Engineer program at the organization.

Chrysler, North America. He began his career at the Automotive Research Association of India where 

he spent 3 fruitful years learning the fundamentals of vehicle engineering. He was one of the first 

engineering consultants to be placed onsite at the Chrysler Technical Centre in Auburn Hills, 

Michigan on behalf of Tata Technologies. 


His area of expertise lies in Vehicle Crash and Safety within the automotive domain which is 

leveraged by his strong engineering analysis capabilities & knowledge of the U.S and European 

safety regulations. His role involves overseeing the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) projects and 

also mentoring young minds.

at multiple instances for his innovative solutions and introducing new methodologies in the safety 

CAE domain like modeling the dynamic behavior of door latches and handles which are crucial 

components to avoid door opening/ejection during an accident, use of Finite Element (FE) dummy in 

prediction of side impact injuries when traditionally multi-body dummies were used.

His area of expertise lies in Crash and Occupant Safety and at work, he manages a growing Crash

Played a vital role within the team that delivered SAP solutions to Tata Motors, by mapping their 

complete Order to Cash (O2C) for the Automobile Business Unit and Spare Parts division.

USA while supporting Demand Creation (Advertising & Marketing), Fulfilment (Inventory, Logistics & 

Pricing) & After Market Services (CRM) Line of Business.

Jaguar Land Rover and Chrysler to name a few. 


He possesses auditor certifications in CMMi and ISO9001, is trained in the ITIL process framework

Vipul is currently a Program Manager under the Enterprise Services Group (ESG) department at 

Tata Technologies, based out of Mumbai. In his rich experience of 23 years, he has worked in 

industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals, Engineering and Construction with reputed 

companies like Colour-Chem Limited (now; Clariant), Flour Corporation, SpectroLab, JBL Electronics 

and AMADA India. He has been with Tata Technologies since April 2003. His work commitments have 

taken him to the United States of America where he spent 8 enterprising years. 


His key expertise lies in dealing with Outbound and Extended Enterprises (Importers, Distributors, and 

Dealers) along with Business Development, Enterprise Solution architecting and Program 

Management. At work, his role involves mentoring project managers, resolving critical issues with his 

team, scheduling meetings for new business development while also being involved in the 

development of the Small Medium Enterprises market.

Managed large vehicle programs at Fiat in Ranjangaon through Tata Technologies. 

Oversaw and managed the first SAP Program at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) through Tata Technologies. 

Was involved in the Chrysler project through Tata Technologies. 

Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) project on behalf of Tata Motors through Tata Technologies. 

SAP Upgrade Project at Tata Interactive Services (TIS) through Tata Technologies.

Sandeep is a Program Manager under the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) division at Tata 

Technologies, Pune. With close to 20 years of work experience in the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense 

and Industrial Composite, Chemicals and Medical industries, he has served international clients like 

Boeing, Chrysler, Ford and Jaguar Land Rover. Having started his career at Tata Motors, he 

transitioned to Tata Technologies in 1997 and spent 10 fruitful years in the United States of America 

(USA), owing to his professional commitments. 


His area of expertise is Business Transformation and Transformation Engineering combined with 

application development and knowledge management. At work, his duties include synchronizing 

business entities through project planning, full lifecycle implementation and cross program 

integration, developing and documenting best practices for global and regional rollout of projects, 

mentoring organizational and technical resources with PLM capabilities to augment cross 

traditional IT operation boundaries, architecting workable solutions for clients combined with costbenefit 

analysis and risk management.

Sandeep takes active interest in photography and enjoys capturing candid moments spent with his 

family and friends. His charitable endeavors are evident through his participation at blood donation 

drives and yearly contributions to orphanages and elderly homes. Post retirement, he would like to 

have his finger in many pies by travelling the world, starting his own enterprise and volunteering for 

social causes.
