The QRS gives exceptional performance.
Combined with efficient rotary screw technology and a high efficiency TEFC motor, the QRS can lower
your electric bill. The pulse free air of a rotary screw compressor is ideal for paint and body shop applications.
All QRS compressors are rated for full capacity at the design pressure, either 125 psig or 150 psig.
You can then be sure you have the rated cfm flow at the maximum design pressure.

With no wearing parts the QRS offers increased reliability and reduced maintenance costs resulting in
trouble-free operation. No need to worry about piston rings, valves, rod inserts, bushings and pistons. There
are no valves, valve plates or valve strips to service. Extended service intervals save time and money. Convenient
service panels allow easy access to all internal components for servicing. You can perform all of the
regular maintenance required in your shop at your own leisure. Annual maintenance contracts are available
for customers who want the assurance that their QRS compressor is always operating at peak performance.
1 Year and 2 Year Maintenance Kits.
Maintenance kits make service easy. Order one year service kit which includes 5 litres of lubricant, enough
for 1 to 2 oil changes, 1 oil filter and 1 air filter. The two year kit includes spare belts and oil separator which
only need to be changed when the belts show wear or oil carryover becomes evident in the air receiver tank.

Filters, regulators, lubricators, air dryers and drain traps are featured in the QRS Accessories catalog. Filters for
removing dirt, water and oil are essential for body and paint applications, and will extend the life of any air tool as well as
prevent rust and corrosion. Pressure regulators should be utilized to reduce the system air pressure to the pressure recommended
at the air tool or air motor. Excessive pressure at the point of use may yield greater power but will significantly
reduce the life of the air tool. Ask for a QRS Accessories catalog.
QRS refrigerated air dryers.
Remove harmful water moisture and vapor from the compressed air
system. The QRS refrigerated dryer can be ordered integrally mounted on the
air receiver tank with the QRS compressor, or ordered later to be installed in
your air system after the compressor. QRS refrigerated air dryers chill the air
to 39° F pressure dew point, virtually removing all detectable water from your
compressed air system.

service or repair operation. The QRS compressor is mounted on an ASME/CRN approved air tank and is completely prepiped,
pre-wired and factory tested before it is delivered to your door. All air connections have been optimized to minimize
pressure drops and reduce the potential for air leaks.
The QRS is compact and complete.
With the compact space saving design and quiet operation, the QRS can easily be installed just about anywhere you
can find space in your shop. The integrated design of the QRS provides clean, cool and dry high quality air that protects
your air tools, shop equipment and body work and paint spray operations from harmful moisture, dirt and heat. The
QRS HP model is a complete air compressor package with an integral air/oil cooling system, full voltage starter with fused
protection, TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled) drive motor and low sound enclosure all mounted on an approved air receiver
tank. The QRS HPD is equipped with a factory mounted refrigerated air dryer that removes moisture to a dew point
of 39 degrees. F. The QRS package is assembled and tested at the factory ensuring a precise matching of all components.
