The scope of this project consisted of RRR improvements for the southernmost 0.7 miles of<br />

SR-5 prior to entering the island of Key West. The project included cross slope corrections,<br />

shoulder improvements, new shoulder construction, drainage improvements, new signing and<br />

pavement markings and new signalization upgrades.<br />

connecting the Naval Base to SR-5/US-1. The project included cross slope corrections,<br />

shoulder improvements, guardrail upgrades and new signing and pavement markings. Mr.<br />

Panellas was the Project Manager and the Engineer of Record for the roadway and signing<br />

and pavement markings for this project<br />
