As specialist weapon <strong>of</strong>ficer onboard frontline warships undertook planning, forecasting,<br />
sourcing <strong>of</strong> equipment's/spares and training <strong>of</strong> men to ensure sustained operations and<br />
minimal down time.<br />
Maintenance and care <strong>of</strong> all weapons and sensors onboard ship with a team <strong>of</strong> 100 men<br />
and created an optimal environment for the weapon performance <strong>of</strong> the ship during<br />
deployments far out at sea.<br />
As team leader was involved in strategic planning and conduct <strong>of</strong> multi nation naval exercise<br />
with Oman, Singapore and German Naval war ships involving <strong>Indian</strong> contingent <strong>of</strong> 150 men.<br />
As Officer in charge <strong>of</strong> amphibious task force motivated team <strong>of</strong> personnel from Army<br />
and Navy to perform under extremely stressful conditions and undertook various<br />

level and Para military agencies, monitored and executed strategic plans for Coastal<br />
