Hillbilly Demolition Derby <strong>and</strong> Mudbog!<br />
This yearly, family friendly event features<br />
full size car, mini <strong>and</strong> pick up truck<br />
demolitions, tough truck competition<br />
<strong>and</strong> of course the mudbog, which<br />
covers three different classes of<br />
boggers.<br />
The two-day event, held on the<br />
September long weekend, attracts<br />
more than 100 participants each year<br />
from across the province (<strong>and</strong> even<br />
outside of Alberta!).<br />
The <strong>Edson</strong> Hillbilly<br />
Demolition Derby<br />
<strong>and</strong> Mudbog has become<br />
a local institution with<br />
about 1,500 fans coming<br />
out to cheer on their<br />
favourite drivers every<br />
Labour Day weekend.<br />
