ColorFile Labels On-Demand is a unique and easy-to-use software program that enables
you to create a fully color-coded file with a single-strip label. With a single-strip label,
you can save up to 60 percent of the time it traditionally takes to create a new file
compared to applying multiple individual labels.
Files created using labels generated from the ColorFile Labels On-Demand system integrate
seamlessly into existing ColorFile filing systems or can be tailored to match your current
color-coded filing system needs. Whether it is alpha, numeric, year, month, make or text,
the ColorFile Labels On-Demand system has the technology to quickly take your information
and print out complete and easy-to-read color-coded labels for your files.
The ColorFile Labels On-Demand system includes label generating software with standard
templates that help you with everyday business.
From deal and accounts payable jackets in the front office to service folders in fixed
operations, we’ve got it covered. Custom templates are also available for any unique
applications you may require.
The patented labels used with the ColorFile Labels On-Demand system are constructed
of bright white printer compatible label stock and designed specifically for easy application
to your filing folders. Laminate protectors are also available to help protect your labels
from water, oils, and harmful UV rays.
