still be delayed of course by<br />

portion of <strong>the</strong> old mater main<br />
on <strong>the</strong> lower blocks of Reid<br />
Street.<br />
Work on <strong>the</strong> project will<br />
likely get under way toward<br />
<strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong> month.<br />
