- CBC :- mild leucocytosis, PMN predominate<br />
- CXR :- 60% showed lobar pneumonia (2/3 multilobar)<br />
- No evidence of secondary bacterial infection in all<br />
patients<br />
Rx.<br />
- Oseltamivir Rx. in 50% ofpatients<br />
- Adverse pregnancy outcome in 2 of 5 pregnant<br />
women ( 1 abortion, 1 PROM)<br />
- LOS 4 d. (range 1-10 d.)<br />
