IV antibiotics<br />
• Consider percutaneous drainage as altern<strong>at</strong>ive<br />
to surgical drainage <strong>of</strong> retroperitoneal collections<br />
• TPN if NPO st<strong>at</strong>us expected for more than one<br />
week
