TO KEEP THE RAIN WATER
OUT AND TURN THE HOUSE
INTO A TROPICAL OASIS.

WATER INTRUSION ISSUES.
A MODERN VERSION OF
THE “KEY WEST” LOOK WAS
THE DESIGN GOAL.
The homeowners are able to store kayaks,
SUP’s, pool gear, and various marine supplies
under the raised floor area of the house
hidden from view, by access through several
doors concealed in the handsome lower level
wrap screen area.
We created an exterior with little to no
outside maintenance to reduce work and
increase playtime. And Finished off the
yard with a new pool and landscaping
completed the dream.
