Advantages of Hydraulic expansion

- High T.I.R accuracy and repeatability of make it
possible to have a precise interference between tool
cutting egde and workpiece rendering less tool wear.
So the tool life is longer.
- Balance (option)
Good balance of Hydraulic chuck enables fine working
under high speed and in safety.
- Hydraulic chuck is a completely enclosed system, so
no penetration of oil, grease, coolant or chips is
possible.
Advantages of Collet
- Collet with different diameters are clamped with variety
of shank diameter, so they save costs.
- Shanks with recesses may also be clamped by using
collet.

Coolant can be supplied central through
internal and external shank.
