About the Poet
Brittany has had a love for story and poem
writing since a young age. Many of her family
members, also love to read and write. So she
was greatly exposed to many different types of
literature as a child. Her parents continued to
help and support her, as she grew as a writer.
This helped mold her into the fantastic poet
she is today.
She really got into writing poetry during her first
year of middle school. She was asked to write
a poem about her favorite place, and her ideas
continued flowing from there. In fact, this year
alone, she has written seven poems. To this
day, she still continues to write poetry; and
maybe one day, you, will see a book of her
