When she was a little girl, Arisleyda often envisioned what
her dream Quinceañera would be like. But when she turned
15, her dreams of having the traditional Hispanic coming-ofage
celebration were dampened because she was battling
Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. That’s why she wished to have a huge
18 th birthday bash.
With a gorgeous gown, professional hairstyling and glamorous
makeup, Arisleyda was ready for her grand entrance to the
banquet hall in a sleek limousine. She cried when she arrived
because it was so beautiful. Every last detail was exactly as
she had requested.
Surrounded by family and friends, Arisleyda celebrated her
18 th birthday with the big bash she has always dreamt of.
Together, they enjoyed a delicious dinner and cake and
danced the night away as a DJ played her favorite tunes. A
professional photographer and a videographer were there to
capture all the special moments.
Arisleyda even had two “costume changes” into other beautiful
dresses. She also performed special dances with her father,
brothers and friends choreographed to songs from her favorite
musical, “Phantom of the Opera.” She truly was the belle of the
ball.
