Specification of electrical mains.<br />
Electrical Mains Ratecard<br />
1. An electrical main includes the installation, maintenance and removal<br />
of mains cable, which will terminate in a fused isolating switch at a<br />
position on the stand<br />
2. As indicated on the customers dimensional drawing in accordance with<br />
the <strong>ExCeL</strong> rules and regulations.<br />
3. The price quoted includes the cost of current during the open period of<br />
the event, but does not include the current during build or break that<br />
will be subject to a surcharge, nor does it include connection to any<br />
equipment on the stand. All mains energised early during the build up<br />
will be switched off at the end of each day according to the published<br />
daily tenancy end times for the build up.<br />
4. During the open period, standard mains will be switched on and off<br />
daily, half an hour before and after the exhibition opens and closes<br />
respectively.<br />
5. 24 hour mains will be switched on half an hour before the start of an<br />
exhibition and off at the close of the last day of the exhibitions open<br />
period.<br />
6. Lighting will not be allowed on a 24-hour main supply.<br />
7. Order deadline will be noon 14 days prior to the first day of tenancy,<br />
and thereafter subject to surcharge.<br />
8. Orders are to be placed on a mains order form along with 50%<br />
payment of the total amount ordered and accompanied with a floor plan<br />
showing the floor duct locations required for the mains.<br />
9. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to mains that are cancelled within 14<br />
days of the start of tenancy.
