<strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> - IT & Communications already offer a range of broadband Internet services to our customers. Under normal circumstances we do not allow thirdparties to install services on site. However, in the event that you specifically require an <strong>ADSL</strong> service (e.g. to demo an <strong>ADSL</strong> product), you must contact the IT &Communications Sales Team to seek approval. Where reasonable justification is made, in the majority of cases, <strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> is willing to 'stand back' and allow anencroachment service to be brought into the venue.Once approval has been granted by <strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> - IT & Communications, you are required to order 1 x <strong>ADSL</strong> EXTENSION (<strong>ADSL</strong>) service for each <strong>ADSL</strong> service beingbrought into the venue. The fee for this service covers the work on our part (liaison with client, liaison with BT engineers, internal configuration, patching and routingto your stand or room) and use of our infrastructure.The waiver agreement on this order form must be signed for orders to be processed. <strong>Order</strong>s must be accompanied by full payment inclusive of VAT in PoundsSterling before access will be granted for BT engineers to attend site.The process is essentially the same as ordering an <strong>ADSL</strong> line for your office if you have no existing exchange lines in place. This should be done well in advance toensure BT can meet required 'live' date [<strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> cannot influence BT timeframes].<strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> - IT & Communications can only provide you with information relating to delivery address, on-site contact details, and available site access dates/times. All other information needs to be through direct discussions with BT.BT engineers will attend site to install exchange lines in our BT Intake room, convert them to <strong>ADSL</strong>, and complete first pass commissioning/testing.BT engineer and/or the client must liaise directly with <strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> in order to arrange site access, installation and testing dates/times.Unless arranged otherwise prior to event tenancy, <strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> components of the <strong>ADSL</strong> service will be ready for use from 12pm on the final day of event build.
