Company cars are made available for use by board members and other management.
In 2012, the members and former members of the statutory and supervisory boards
received bonuses and other remuneration totalling CZK 12,565 thousand
(2011: CZK 9,444 thousand).
21. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
No loans, guarantees, advances or other benefits were granted to members of statutory
bodies in 2012 and 2011, and they do not hold any shares of the Company.
Related party receivables and payables as at 31 December 2012 and 2011 include also
estimated receivables and payables.
