Basic coated electrode <strong>for</strong> joining and surfacing of<br />

heat resistant steels and cast steels of the same or<br />

similar chemical composition. Suitable <strong>for</strong> operating<br />

temperatures up to 1050 °C in carburized lowsulphur<br />

gas. Typicall alloy <strong>for</strong> welding of pyrolysis<br />

furnace tubes.<br />

GTAW rod and GMAW wire are also best suited<br />

to meet all be<strong>for</strong>e mentioned characteristics.<br />

For GMAW shielding gas Ar +2.5 CO2 is recommended.<br />
