FESCO TO ANNOUNCE <strong>2015</strong> FIRST QUARTER RESULTS<br />

<strong>Summa</strong> <strong>Group</strong> subsidiary, FESCO (Far East Shipping Company) has announced their operational<br />

and financial results as of May 29 th , <strong>2015</strong>. The company’s first quarter results were revealed in a<br />

conference call at 5pm Moscow time (3pm London time, 10am New York time). FESCO’s<br />

tranportation group announced its results for the 3 month period of January to March <strong>2015</strong>.<br />

Representatives for FESCO during the call included:<br />

• Konstantin Sokolov – President and CEO<br />

• Victor Belyakov – Vice President and CFO<br />

• Galina Shilina – IR Director<br />

The FESCO Consolidated Financial Statement for the first quarter was made available on the<br />

morning of the 29 th of May <strong>2015</strong> via the company’s website. Institutional investors and sell-side<br />

research analysts are invited to visit the website for the FESCO consolidated financial statements.<br />

NCSP’S NET PROFIT REACHES $71 MILLION DOLLARS<br />

The NCSP, part of the <strong>Summa</strong> <strong>Group</strong>, has announced its financial results for the January to March<br />

<strong>2015</strong> first quarter. A conference call was made at 3pm Moscow time (1pm GMT and 8am New York<br />

time) to investors and analysts. Media were invited to participate in a ‘listen-only’ capacity.<br />

The NCSP group’s revenue for the first three months of <strong>2015</strong> totalled $219.8 million, decreasing by<br />

35.6 million ($255.4 million) in comparison to the first quarter of 2014. However, the net profit<br />

increased by $71 million compared to a $32.2 million loss at the same time in 2014.<br />

Sultan Batov, CEO of PJSC NCSP, commented on the group’s <strong>2015</strong> first quarter results by stating:<br />

“Among many factors which played a part in forming our Q1 financial results I wish to underscore<br />

these: Through operative management of cargo flows we earned an extra $7.1 million of stevedoring<br />

revenue. The timely adjustment of the Novorossiysk Grain Terminal ruble tariff to, and the increase<br />

of PTP crude tariff from, 79 to 99 rubles per ton from the beginning of <strong>2015</strong>, enabled us to offset<br />

some of the negative effects of exchange rate fluctuations and to improve profitability of operations.”<br />

NCSP will continue to strive for business and financial excellence in the second quarter of <strong>2015</strong>.<br />

The Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port is the third largest cargo turn over location in Europe and the<br />

largest sea port operator within Russia.<br />
