Dafydd Rhys Jones<br />
Employer: Magnox Ltd, Wylfa<br />
Dafydd has completed his apprenticeship in Engineering<br />
Maintenance (Mechanical) and has recently been taken<br />
on as a Production Technician. His employer says that<br />
they were immediately impressed by Dafydd’s attitude,<br />
commitment, demeaner and total willingness to learn.<br />
All the team leaders which Dafydd has worked with have<br />
all commented on his high standards, diligence and his<br />
level of attention to detail.<br />
Peter Tiesteel<br />
Employer: Doosan Babcock<br />
Peter completed his apprenticeship in Pipe Fitting.<br />
Commenting on Peter his employer stated that Peter is<br />
a natural mentor <strong>for</strong> the new apprentices and that he is<br />
not only part of the training process but he is an<br />
advocate of training. Peter’s desire to improve himself<br />
is always noticeable, he is the hardest critic on his latest<br />
task and constantly tries to satisfy his own high<br />
expectations.<br />
