Hourly Wage: $12.00<br />

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the<br />

highest level <strong>of</strong> <strong>customer</strong> <strong>service</strong>, image, and convenience. This also includes the overall<br />

supervision and functionality <strong>of</strong> the front desk <strong>of</strong> the Community Center. The candidate will works<br />

under the direction and supervision <strong>of</strong> the Operations Manager.<br />

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:<br />

• Concentrates efforts on <strong>customer</strong> <strong>service</strong> in a positive and friendly manner and is able to<br />

perform all duties assigned to the Customer Service Representative.<br />

• Responsible for working the front-desk as well as filling voids in the work schedule due to<br />

illness, termination, or any other absence by a scheduled CSR.<br />

• Prepare and process daily paperwork, deposits and invoices as instructed by the<br />

Operations Manager.<br />

• Process all invoices upon delivery by the store’s vendors and is accountable for<br />

minimizing shrink <strong>of</strong> store inventory.<br />

• May be required to fill-in or replace the Site Supervisor at another store within the<br />

company under the discretion and direction <strong>of</strong> the Area Manager.<br />

• Responsible for maintaining the communication link between the store’s <strong>customer</strong>s and<br />

employees with the Operations Manager.<br />

• Performs other duties as required.<br />

• Assist in membership and associated data input.<br />

• Monitor facility access and maintain a neat and ordered work area.<br />

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:<br />

• High School diploma or equivalent is required along with 1-3 years previous <strong>customer</strong><br />

<strong>service</strong> experience.<br />

• Is organized and communicates well.<br />

• Possesses a reasonable understanding <strong>of</strong> computers and their operation.<br />

• Has the ability to perform minor maintenance and cleaning <strong>of</strong> the front desk area, as<br />

required. This may include lifting loads up to 50 lbs.<br />

WORK CONDITIONS:<br />

• Works within deadlines established by the Main Office and Area Manager.<br />

• Schedule will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
