Telephone booking opens at 9am Tuesday 31st

Please note you cannot book in person at the
Festival Office.
Tickets can be bought in person from:
Ilkley Visitor Information Centre, Station Road
(Opening hours Mon and Weds – Sat 9.30am–5pm,
Tues 10am–5pm. Closed Sundays. NB The TIC will
open at 9am on Tues 1st September only).
The Grove Bookshop, The Grove, Ilkley
(0pening hours Mon – Sat 9am–5.30pm,
Sun 11.30am–4.30pm)
Friends’ discounts cannot be claimed when booking
through Ilkley Visitor Information Centre or the Grove
Bookshop
Unsold tickets and returns
All unsold tickets and returns will be available from
the venue box office 30 minutes before the start of
each event. Returns are usually available at most (but
not all) sold out events.
For non-headline events, tickets are generally
available on the door. However you are strongly
advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Box
Office can only accept tickets for resale if an event
has sold out and this is subject to a 10% admin
charge. All refunds on return tickets will be made after
the Festival.
All details are correct at the time of going to press
(Aug 2010).
The Ilkley Literature Festival Ltd is not liable for any

Concessions
The Festival offers concessions to the following
people (proof of status may be required):
Children and young people under 25
Disabled People
• People in receipt of out of work benefits e.g.
housing benefit, income support, council tax relief
Concessionary prices are stated after the full price for
each event eg. £5/£3.
Party bookings
The Festival welcomes bookings from schools and
established community groups as follows:
£5 per person Kings Hall events. £3 per person
other venues, plus one free staff ticket for every ten
students/group members, unless otherwise stated.

Friends of the festival
If you are already a Friend of the Festival please give
your Friends membership number on the booking

If you are a Friend and wish to renew your
membership at the time of booking please complete
the renewal line on the booking form where indicated.

membership re-opens on 1st September 2010. Go to
