recognized by the Portl<strong>and</strong> <strong>Wildlife</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Sport</strong> <strong>Fish</strong> <strong>Restoration</strong> <strong>Program</strong> staff at a<br />

brief ceremony at the Idaho <strong>Fish</strong> <strong>and</strong> Game Commission’s regular summer meeting<br />

in Post Falls in July. Jerry Novotny, Portl<strong>and</strong> staff, noted that over $50 million grant<br />

dollars had been assigned for fish research <strong>and</strong> development projects throughout<br />
