TOURNAMENT RULES:
• Tennis Manitoba rules and regulations apply. Official Tournament rulebook is “The Rules of the Court”. Players
must reach required age by Dec. 31, 2010
• All players are responsible for determining their match times and advising draw master if they are NOT playing in
the consolations.
• The Committee/Club will not be responsible for misinformation over the phone.
• Matches will start 9:00 a.m. on Saturday & Sunday and 5:15 p.m. on weekdays. All players MUST be available
to play BOTH Saturday and Sunday No exceptions
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter the format. Events may be modified, combined, or cancelled
depending on entry. Consolations in all events except round robins, time permitting.
• Players may be required to play at least one match/event/day.
• Entry fee MUST accompany entry. Competitors will not be allowed on court without payment of entry fees. NO
REFUNDS after draw has been posted. Make all cheques/money orders payable to: Taylor Tennis Club.
DRAW: 1:00 pm Thursday Sept 2. Draw will be made at Tennis Manitoba. Draw times available from 10:00 am

I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against Tennis Manitoba and the Taylor Tennis
Club for any and all injuries which may be suffered by me in connection with my participation in the 2010 Manitoba Indoor Open & Senior Tennis Tournament. I agree that I
will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the tournament, and to follow the Code of Conduct as defined by Tennis Canada.
