I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all
claims for damages I may have against Tennis Manitoba and the Taylor Tennis for any and all
injuries which may be suffered by myself in connection with my participation in the Manitoba
Clay Court Championships. I agree, I will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the
tournament, and will follow the Code of Conduct as defined by Tennis Canada.

Men’s & Women’s Doubles: 5.5+ (Open) and 4-5.0 (B),

Mixed Doubles: 5.5+ (Open) and 4-5.0 (B)
Minimum of 8 entries to establish the event.
Maximum 3 events per person.
Weather and court availability permitting, consolation
events may be played indoors.
$36.75 ($35 plus GST first event)
$47.25 ($45 plus GST) 2 or 3 events.
Entry fee MUST accompany entry form.
NO REFUNDS after draw has been posted. Please
make all cheques/money orders payable to Taylor
Tennis. Entry fee MUST be paid prior to first match.

Manitoba. Draw times will be available Sunday,
May 31 after 12:00 pm
Participants will receive a complimentary meal.

● Players report to the draw desk 15 minutes prior to match time.
● Entrants must be members of Tennis Manitoba or other
recognized Tennis Association
● All players are responsible for determining their own
draw times.
● All TM rules and regulations apply. Official tournament rulebook
is “The Rules of the Court”.
● Court surface is clay.
● To minimize scheduling conflicts for the convenience of all players,
please make every effort to be available for the assigned draw times.
Draw Master would appreciate your cooperation.
● Qualified participants may be called upon to be line umpires.
SANCTION:
Time Restrictions:
● The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter the format.
Events may be modified, combined or canceled depending on entry.
● Proper tennis attire is required, including flat soled tennis shoes.
● Matches may start as early as 8:30 am on Saturday and Sunday and
5:15 pm on weekdays.
● Main draw matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets with 12-point tie-break
at 6-6 in all sets. Consolation matches will be pro sets first to 9. Tiebreaker
at 8 all.
● Players who incorrectly enter a rated event will be placed in the
proper event. Taylor Tennis Tournament Committee reserves the right
to set a player’s rating.
● The Committee/Club will not be responsible for misinformation over
the phone.
This is a TM sanctioned event and will be governed by Rules and
Regulations and the Code of Conduct as outlined in “The Rules of the
Court”, and by the Tennis Manitoba Disciplinary Procedures.
Players MUST be members of Tennis Manitoba either through
Individual Membership (Adult - $20, Junior - $10.00) or through
membership in one of the following clubs:
Birdtail Valley Tennis Club, Carman Tennis Association, Clear Lake
Courts, Deer Lodge Tennis Club, Glendale Golf & Country Club,
Kildonan Tennis Club, Norwood Tennis Club, Portage Tennis Club,
Sargent Park Tennis Center, Tuxedo Tennis Club, Winnipeg Lawn
Tennis Club, Wheat City Tennis Club, Winnipeg Winter Club, or Taylor
Tennis
