direct service model provides <strong>KFC</strong> operators with a nationwide field service team to ensure that products are fixed right the first<br />

• Flexible Service Packages – PAR recognizes that each <strong>KFC</strong> operator has their own approach to service. Some operators want<br />

to have PAR’s expert field engineers come on-site to handle virtually all repairs, leaving their managers and employees free <strong>for</strong> other<br />

tasks. Others want to take a more hands-on approach, using PAR’s Depot Repair and Advance Exchange services to get equipment<br />

working while handling minor issues themselves. That’s why PAR offers four different service packages, ranging from full on-site<br />

service to more limited support to meet the budgets and specific service “styles” of each <strong>KFC</strong> operator.<br />

• Dedicated Single Point of Contact – Coordinating all service to <strong>KFC</strong> customers is a dedicated PAR national service account<br />

manager, Peggy Massey, whose familiarity with <strong>KFC</strong>’s operations and its technology brings a wealth of experience to PAR’s<br />
