(f) In the case of mixed uses, the total requirements for the offstreet<br />

parking or loading facility must be the sum of the<br />

requirements for the various use computed separately;<br />

(g) In respect of a class of building permitted under this Bylaw<br />

which is not specifically referred to in Tables 1.5 and 1.6, the<br />

number of off-street parking and loading spaces is calculated on<br />

the basis of the requirements for a similar class of building that<br />

is listed in Table 1.5 and Table 1.6; and<br />

(h) Any development accessing onto a controlled access highway<br />

must apply for an access permit from the Ministry of<br />

Transportation and Infrastructure. The permit would apply to<br />

the existing development. A new permit would be required if<br />

the use is changed or there are additions to buildings.<br />
