This 18-Star Sanjirou daughter shows a double-cross of the famous cow Suzutani in her<br />
pedigree. According to the Interim 2009 Sire Summary, Sanjirou is the Number 4<br />
Marbling Sire in the U.S. Her maternal granddam, Heatherkura, is a full sister to the<br />
outstanding sire, Shigeshigetani. 0630 is linebred Tajima carrying maximal marbling<br />
genetics.<br />
0630 is a maternal half-sib of Bar R Fukutsuru 36H – sire of LMR Yojimbo, high selling lot<br />
of LMR 2008 Sale ($35,000) and LMR Yojimbo 2 ($15,000).<br />
BR Ms Sanjirou 0630 produced 26 viable embryos in 4 <strong>flushes</strong> in 2008 – she<br />
produced 17 viable Yojimbo embryos in her last flush in August. Her last calf, LMR<br />
Ms Itomichi-4632 747T, is an 18-Star heifer and an outcross to the superior growth<br />
genetics of Dai 7 Itozakura.<br />
According to the 2009 LMR Herd Breedplan Report, BR Ms Sanjirou 0630 ranks in<br />
the top 20% of the LMR herd in IMF% EPD. Based on her pedigree, BR Ms Sanjirou<br />
0630 ranks in the top 11% for Backfat according to 2009 Non-Parent EPD’s, as<br />
calculated by WSU.<br />
0630 carries all 2 markers for each of the 4 Feed Efficiency Genes, as identified by<br />
GeneSTAR.<br />
0630 is bred to Hirashigetayasu J2351 (ETJ001) and due to calve in<br />
June – she will be able to be flushed in September.<br />
