Powerbox für den speziellen Abluftbetrieb in gewerblichen Küchen-
Dunstabzugshauben und sonstige Abluftanwendungen in der Industrie und
im Gewerbe wie Labors, Werkstätten, Schweissplätze usw.
Sie erfüllt höchste Druckleistungsansprüche bei der Förderung von Staub,
fetthaltiger, feuchter und heisser Luft (bis 120°C), da der Motor nicht im
Luftstrom liegt und das Laufrad mit den großen Schaufelabständen lange
Wartungsintervalle gewährleistet.
ausführung: Doppelwandiges verzinktes Stahlblechgehäuse, dazwischen
ausgekleidet mit 40mm starken Schalldämmplatten nicht brennbar und
kondensisoliert incl. Montageschienen. Ein Schutzblech und eine
Gummilippendichtung verhindern das Auslaufen von Fett und Öl bei der
Revisionstüre. Bei Standardeinbau (Ausblasstutzen oben) kann an der
Geräteunterseite der Fettablaufstutzen angeschlossen werden. Der
Türanschlag kann wahlweise entsprechend der Einbaulage geändert werden.
An der Innenseite befindet sich ein Radiallaufrad, mit rückwärtsgekrümmten
Schaufeln. Das Laufrad sowie der Innenraum der Box kann
mittels Dampfstrahler und fettlösenden Mitteln gereinigt werden. Daher ist
auf einen maximalen Öffnungswinkel zu achten - Kabellänge. Der Motor ist
ein wartungsfreier Normmotor mit Eigenbelüftung für den Dauerbetrieb (S1).
Er ist mittels Flansch ausserhalb des Luftstroms an der Revisionstüre befestigt.
Umgebungstemp. -40°C bis +50°C. Fördertemp. -40°C bis +120°C
(ungeregelt) Schutzart bei geschlossenen Gehäuse IP55, Isolationsklasse F
körperschallübertragung Flexible Manschetten zwischen Gerät und
Lüftungsrohr sind erforderlich.
Fettfilter sind dem Entlüftungsgerät unbedingt vorzusetzen.
Bei allfälliger Geruchsbelastung müssen evtl. entsprechende Aktivkohlefilter
installiert werden. achtung Motorschutzgerät und angeschlossene
Thermokontakte sind erforderlich. (Garantieverlust)
Powerbox Designed for special exhaust ventilation in commercial cooker
hoods and other industrial applications such as labors, workshops, welding
places, etc. This box provides highest pressure for transport of dust, hot,
greasy and humid air (up to 120°C)because the motor of this fan is outside
of the airstream and the special workmanship of the impeller guarantees
long time periods of maintenance.
workmanship: Double skinned galvanised sheet steel casing insulated with
non flammable 40mm mineral wool. Delivered with base frame. A protection
sheet steel together with a rubber sealing prevents discharge of grease and
oil through the maintenance door. In standard mounting position (exhaust
spigot on the top) grease discharge connection on the bottom can be
connected. The direction of the door opening can easily be changed
following the mounting position. All models are equipped with backwardcurved
radial impeller. Because of this special construction cleaning of the
box can be effected with steam jet together with grease-soluble cleaner.
Attention to the opening-angle of the door !
Motor maintenance-free norm motor with self ventilation for continuous
operation(S1). The motor is fixed with a flange outside of the airstream on the
maintenance door.
Ambient temperature -40°C up to +50°C. discharge temp. -40°C up to +120°C
(without speed controller) Protection class in case of closed door IP55,

Structure borne sound: Flexible connections between device and pipesystem
are necessary.
Grease filter installation before the device is very important. In case of unpleasant
odours active carbon filters may be necessary
attention Motorprotection and connected thermal contacts has to be effected.

Planungshinweise für gewerbliche küchen: Durch die unterschiedlichen
Errichtungsbestimmungen einzelner Bundesländer und Gemeinden wird die
ÖNORM H6030, Raumlufttechnische Anlagen für Küchenplanung,
Auslegung und Abnahme, teilweise zugrundegelegt.
einbau: Die Ventilatoren müssen so platziert und eingebaut werden, dass
sie leicht zugänglich, kontrollierbar und gereinigt werden können.
abluftgerät: Der Entlüftungsmotor muß sich außerhalb des Abluftstromes
befinden und von der Küche aus in Betrieb genommen werden. (Fallweise
über die Herdinbetriebnahme!)
abluftkanäle müssen aus verzinktem Stahlblech- Spiralrohren gefertigt werden
(Wandstärke entsprechend der gültigen Normen) und eine glatte
Innenfläche haben. Unzulässig sind flexible Alu- oder Kunststoffrohre und
Schläuche. Die Formstücke der Anlage müssen Dichtlippen haben.
Unmittelbar bei der Abzugseinrichtung sind nicht brennbare Filter leicht
zugänglich zu montieren. Im weiteren Kanalverlauf können zusätzliche
Taschenfilter als Kanal- und Laufradschutz installiert werden.
kanalverlauf: Dieser ist nach jeder Richtungsänderung waagrecht zu
führen und muß alle 3m eine Revisionsöffnung (Größe des Rohrquerschnittes)
haben. An geeigneten Stellen müssen Öffnungen für das
Kondensat und Reinigungsmittel angebracht werden. Diese Abluftkanäle
dürfen nicht mit anderen Raumabluftkanälen verbunden werden !
Küchenraumluft und Kochstellenabsaugung innerhalb der Küche, sowie die
Verbindung mehrerer Abzugshauben an eine Abluftleitung ist zulässig.
Brandschutztechnische Anforderungen nach nach jeweils gültigen Normen
beachten. Beim Austritt des Abluftkanales aus der Küche bzw. aus dem
betreffenden Brandabschnitt ist eine geprüfte Brandschutzklappe
(Brandwiderstandsklasse K90) zu installieren.

constructioninformation for commercial kitchen: Caused through the
vorious laws and regulations of the communities the planning of the
ventilation systems has to follow the ÖNORM H6030.
installation: The installation has to be effected in that way, that allows easy
cleaning and maintenance.
exhaust air: The fan motor has to be outside of the exhaust air stream and
operated from the kitchen. (sometimes together with setting in operation of
the cooker).
exhaust air ducting has to be made of galvanised sheet steel (Spiral
ducts) with straight inside surface (thickness following the valid norms). Not
allowed are flexible Aluminium ducts and PVC pipes and ducts. The fittings
of the system has to be produced with rubber seal lips. Close to cooker hood
or direct inside have to be mounted non flammable grease filter. Attention for
easy cleaning and maintenance. In addition to these filter it is possible to
install pocket filter for duct and impeller protection.
ducting: After every changing of the direction it has to be horizontal and
there has to be every 3m a maintenance opening (minimum size - diameter
of the duct). Take care for openings of the condensate and the cleaner.
These ducts must not be connected with other room exhaust ventilation
ducts ! Kitchen exhaust air and cooker hood exhaust air inside the kitchen, as
well as the connection of various cooker hoods to one exhaust duct is allowed.
Fire protection requirements following the valid standards. In case of crossing
of the exhaust ducting out of the kitchen or out of the fire lobby it has to be
installed an approved fire damper (Fire resistance class K90)
