Create a „Project’ folder by clicking on „New‟ button shown under the heading „project‟ on right side of theProject Selector window. Type in a name for your folder.2. Click on your new project folder shown in folder tree on left side of Project Selector window.3. Choose the mode you want to use from the options listed for e.g. dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, Direct Protein4.
