The lectures will be supplemented byfurther suggested readings that will be used in the seminars <strong>and</strong> assignments.Seminars:Each week for the first four weeks there will be a seminar with readings <strong>and</strong> casestudies preparations with questions to discuss in class. These materials will beavailable in the Campus Virtual <strong>and</strong> will be worked individually <strong>and</strong> prepared before theseminar takes place. These seminars will provi<strong>de</strong> useful <strong>and</strong> interesting examples of<strong>business</strong> i<strong>de</strong>as, innovation <strong>and</strong> strategies on several stages of Entrepreneurship,becoming the background of personal initiatives towards a new personal venturecreation.Workshop:The stu<strong>de</strong>nts will work in groups on the generation of a <strong>business</strong> i<strong>de</strong>a, opportunityrecognition <strong>and</strong> <strong>de</strong>velopment of a <strong>business</strong> plan in a computer lab with the assistanceof the lecturer as a Business Consultant. Partial assignments <strong>and</strong> presentations will beheld during the course in or<strong>de</strong>r to gain communication skills <strong>and</strong> interact with the group.At the end of the course the final paper will be h<strong>and</strong>ed in to the lecturer <strong>and</strong> presentedin class.Assessment:The final evaluation of this course will take into account the following parts:- Innovation of the Business I<strong>de</strong>a <strong>and</strong> notoriety of the competitive advantage.(25%)- Strategic accuracy <strong>and</strong> coherence.(20%)- Consistency with lessons taught.
