The kit includes two HIDlights that replace the two center lights on thecab, as well as two row-finder lights. The latterimprove crop visibility at the headlands and areactivated by the turn signal lever when theheader and separator clutches are engaged.Radio/WeatherbandChoose from two factory or field-installedradio options, including an AM/FM CD watherband radio and an AM/FM cassette weatherband radio.Rotary Beacon LightThe rotary beacon light serves as a warninglight when the combine is in transport. However,it has the added benefit of being integrated withthe bin level sensor. As a result, the beacon lightcomes on at the same time as the “bin full” lightin the cab, notifying the truck driver or grain cartoperator that you’re ready to unload.Spreader/Chaffer OptionsGLEANER offers several residue disposaloptions for specialized farming practices, includinga hydraulic spreader, for variable speed control ofthe spreader; a dual straw spreader; a two-speed,fine-cut straw chopper; a wide-spread hydraulicstraw spreader, and a hydraulic chaff spreader. Allplay a role in tailoring the spread pattern to fieldconditions and planting programs.Rear Wheel AssistHigh torque, low speed hydraulic motorsprovide additional drive power via the rear steeringtires for increased performance in adverseconditions.Easy-Close Rock DoorExtra stone protection options include anEasy-Close Rock Door that automatically ejectsstones and potentially damaging objects beforethey enter the cylinder. Best of all, it can be easilyrelatched by an operator standing on theground—meaning you don’t have to climb upon the combine.Ladder Deck ExtensionsThree sizes of ladder deck extensions—4”, 12”and 25”—are available to extend the ladder foradditional tire clearance when using dual wheels,900/55R32 tires, 73 X 44 X 32 HF3 tires, axle spacersor reversed wheels.Edible Bean Cage KitThis kit enhances performance at slowcylinder speeds for improved grain quality ofedible beans and other food crops.Tailings ReturnThe dual tailings return system allows theoperator to route the tailings return to either thecylinder for additional threshing, or to the acceleratorrolls, when gentle handling is preferred.Light Seeds KitPerforated and blank panels, inserted in theupper and lower air duct outlets, reduce air volumebeyond the standard air choke setting forharvesting light weight crops like grass seed.Axle Spacers and RisersTwo six-inch axle spacers (R55 only) provideincreased tread width, while the optional axlerisers provide four inches of additional groundclearance at the drive axle.Dual TiresThe dual tire kit, designed for the R65 andR75, includes everything needed for reducingsoil compaction and improving stability, includingfour radial tires, ladder deck extension andextremity lighting.
