Shebrings a vast background of accountingexperience including audit, taxservice, business analysis andmeasurement.Josephine KuanGroup AccountantShe holds a Bachelor of Sciencedegree from The Oxford BrookesUniversity, U.K. She is member ofMalaysian Institute of Accountants(MIA) and Association of CharteredCertified Accountants (ACCA).Lee Chee MengSenior WarehouseManagerAs GSI Asia continues to grow in2012, Chee Meng has joined GSIAsia as our Sr. Warehouse Manager.His initial focus and responsibility willbe to coordinate and assist in theoverall Warehouse Setup andre-organization at the EquipmentPlant. Chee Meng brings to GSIa background with the knowledgeand experience to help us organizeand improve our Warehouse Process.He is able to develop, implement,train, and improve programs that willenhance material flow and inventoryorganization.Prior to GSI, he was a LogisticManager, Warehouse Administrator,Sr. Purchasing Administrator, andPlanning Manager. He has a broadexperience in the Supply Chain whichwill help us as we improve our overallWarehouses in both Plants. CheeMeng, also has been trained as aninternal ISO auditor and has workingknowledge of several Lean tools - 5S,FMEA, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, and“Visual Management”.Song Choon Yong has joined theposition as the Quality AssuranceEngineer for GSI Asia’s equipmentplant. He will be supporting functionalquality improvement initiatives andhelping the team to meet companySong Choon YongQuality AssuranceEngineerdefined quality goals. His primaryresponsibilities will include determiningroot cause(s) and implementingcorrective actions for quality issues.Prior to AGCO GSI, Choon Yongserved as a QA and ManufacturingEngineer for Laird Technologies. Inthis roll he was responsible forcustomer interface for quality issuesrelating to customer complaints andinitiates corrective action, leadingcontinuous improvement and costreduction to target and improvesmanufacturing processes.Choon Yong earned his Bachelor'sDegree of Physics from UniversityScience Malaysia in year 2005.“GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT SERVICES DO NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT GREAT PEOPLE”
