In an area of40’ x 250’ will require 450,000 BTU/hourof heat, which is equivalent to 12 unitsof conventional brooders operatingsimultaneously to deliver the energy toheat up this area. Each brooderconverts 0.85 kg of LPG to 40,000BTU/hour; therefore, total LPGconsumption per hour is 10.2 kg.Compared to forced-air heaters, only2 units with an output of 225,000BTU/hour are required to do the samejob. Each forced-air heater will consume4.78 kg of LPG resulting in a 6%saving compared to the conventionalbrooder.Bottom-drawdesign allowsfor consistentgas and air mixControlled air intakeincreases flame surfacefor maximum efficiencyElectronicigniter isencasedto protectagainst heatand damageFlame rod monitorsheat chamber operationsWarning: Do not use this heaterin an improperly ventilated areaor where liquids with flammablevapors are stored or used.Controlled air flow patternis directed to keep outerwalls coolerDiagnosticlight flashes ifproblems occurGas valveis protectedagainstcorrosion andradiant heatPowerful, warm airoutput
