Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA ) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – (5 points maximum) Studentswho have a current credential and students who have worked as a CNA or LPN are eligible fordiscretionary points. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)o A photocopy of certificate for a minimum of a Basic EMT certification issued by the State ofOregon and documentation of 1,000 or more hours of work as an EMT. Certified Surgical Technician (CST)o A photocopy of an active certificate as a Certified Surgical Technician issued by NationalBoard of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) and documentation of 1,000 ormore hours of work as a CST within the last 3 years.
