The prize is awarded to an 11thor12th-grade student with the best understandingof English literature.CLAIRE CRACCHIOLO PERACCHIOWilliam C. Prescott Pen PrizeThis prize was created in 1976 to honor William C.Prescott, head of upper school from 1970 until1976. Mr. Prescott also served as an Englishteacher with a special love for writing.
