At the end of the year 2007, Sparkasse Neuhofen<br />
Bank AG acquired the company settlement site<br />
Neuhofen North in a joint venture with Erste Group<br />
<strong>Immorent</strong>. The area comprises a total of 41,000 m 2 ,<br />
part of which is already sold. The benefits of the<br />
company settlement site are obvious: close to the<br />
A1 highway, the airport Hörsching as well as to the<br />
container terminal in Wels. Due to its flexible plot<br />
sizes and the creative freedom with respect to con-<br />
struction, the company settlement site is extremely<br />
versatile.<br />

In Amerling, a district of the Tyrol community Kramsach,<br />
Erste Group <strong>Immorent</strong> is developing a property of<br />
20,000 m² into a company settlement site for small-<br />
