Neuhofen North in a joint venture with Erste Group
Immorent. The area comprises a total of 41,000 m 2 ,
part of which is already sold. The benefits of the
company settlement site are obvious: close to the
A1 highway, the airport Hörsching as well as to the
container terminal in Wels. Due to its flexible plot
sizes and the creative freedom with respect to con-
struction, the company settlement site is extremely
