Travellers are demanding more diverse hotels, resorts<br />

and leisure-time amenities around the globe. Hence,<br />

Erste Group <strong>Immorent</strong> financed the acquisition of five<br />

hotels (three 4-star and two 3-star) for Pannonia<br />

Hotels, a 100% subsidiary of the Accor Group. All<br />

objects were renovated and modernized, and offer a<br />

superb location in Budapest.<br />

With more than 4,000 hotels in some 90 countries,<br />

the Accor Group has become the fourth largest hotel<br />

group in the world and one of the largest hotel chains<br />

in Hungary with businesses in catering, car leasing<br />

and the management of travel agencies.<br />

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA<br />

Erste Group <strong>Immorent</strong> has sucessfully managed<br />

to combine hotel and office space in a mixed-use<br />

building for Continental Hotels S.A., the largest<br />

privately owned hotel chain in Romania.<br />

Hello Hotels is their new chain of 2-star hotels for<br />

business people travelling in Romania. By 2011 a<br />

whole series of these hotels is to be constructed all<br />

over the country, complementing the 3-star Ibis and<br />

4-star Continental Forum chains.<br />

Hotel Aria is an exquisitely designed 5-star hotel in Prague (CZ) and has music as its main theme. It was chosen<br />

as a “Best Luxury Hotel” by TripAdvisor in its 2009 Travellers’ Choice awards.<br />
