currently developing one of the largest logistic
centres in Croatia. The 26 ha property is situated
within close proximity of the Jastrebarsko tollgate on
the A1 motorway to Rijeka and Dalmatia. Due to their
proximity to the city of Zagreb and the Lučko junction,
the A2, A3 and A4 motorways are also easily accessible,
and a network of railroads is also planned for
