Rev. 2010] Civil Procedure CAP. 21 143(unless for any special reason <strong>the</strong> court o<strong>the</strong>rwise directs) to give security for<strong>the</strong> costs <strong>the</strong>reof within such time as <strong>the</strong> court may direct.<strong>the</strong> suit, and to give such security within <strong>the</strong> time so ordered, <strong>the</strong> defendant mayapply for <strong>the</strong> dismissal of <strong>the</strong> suit on <strong>the</strong> ground of <strong>the</strong> plaintiff’s bankruptcy, and<strong>the</strong> court may make an order dismissing <strong>the</strong> suit and awarding to <strong>the</strong> defendant<strong>the</strong> costs which he has incurred in defending <strong>the</strong> same to be proved as a debtagainst <strong>the</strong> plaintiff’s estate.7. (1) Where a suit abates or is dismissed under this Order, no fresh suitshall be brought on <strong>the</strong> same cause of <strong>act</strong>ion.(2) The plaintiff or <strong>the</strong> person claiming to be <strong>the</strong> legal representative ofplaintiff may apply for an order to revive a suit which has abated or to set asidecause from continuing <strong>the</strong> suit, <strong>the</strong> court shall revive <strong>the</strong> suit or set aside such[Subsidiary]When plaintiff’sbankruptcy bars suit.[Order 24, rule 7.]Effect of abatementor dismissal.8.
