Based on historic rates of housingdelivery, the Council considers itself to be a20% buffer authority.Based on a target of 5167 dwellings to bedelivered over a 17 year period (2011-2028),the annualised requirement is 304 dwellings.This gives a 5 year supply target of 1520dwellings.
