Jennifer Bell discovered her calling<br />
in creating sustainable food systems at<br />
<strong>Lafayette</strong>. She now works full time at the<br />
<strong>College</strong> as garden manager and Metzgar<br />
Environmental Project coordinator,<br />
which is funded by the Andrew W.<br />
Mellon Foundation (see photo online).<br />
Jennifer manages the student farm,<br />
which provides vegetables to the<br />
dining halls and campus farm stand and<br />
oversees <strong>Lafayette</strong>’s campus community<br />

James DeVault, James Ferri, Jennifer<br />
Rossmann, Joshua Sanborn, Andy Smith,<br />
and Lee Upton on such topics as the Russian<br />
revolution, climate change, how to read a<br />
film, and freeing the imagination through<br />
creative writing, nanotechnology, and a<br />
techno-cultural history of the automobile.<br />
