Supreme Court – Civil Sittings – Monday June 27 – Case Treloar v Kirkwood <strong>and</strong><br />
another – part of the evidence given stated that Simon Perry deposed he was<br />
working with Mr Kirkwood in the Glenomaru tunnel in July last when Treloar was<br />
killed. There were five or six men in the gang – Treloar <strong>and</strong> various name<br />
including Christopher L’Estrange – part of the evidence given states Just before<br />
the shot went off Kirkwood sen., said to L’Estrange ‘Do you think there is any<br />
danger?’ L’Estrange said “Yes there is danger”. – later evidence states George<br />
