-3-The above candidates must submit the following documents by hand/ by Speed Post/Registered Postso as to reach the Registrar, Academic Section, AIIMS latest by 30th June, 2010 :i) An attested copy of certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 Scheme/SeniorSchool Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from arecognized Board.ii)An attested copy of certificate from the Board showing his/her date of birth.iii) An attested copy of mark-sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. 12th class under 10+2Scheme/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination in proof of having secured 50% ormore marks (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in the subjects of English,Physics, Chemistry and Biology OR Mathematics.iv)In case of SC/ST/OBC candidates, an attested copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate in the prescribedproforma issued by the competent authority, as prescribed in the prospectus.The admission of the above candidates to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Para-Medical courses is subject toverification of their original certificates/documents and their fully satisfying the eligibility conditionsas laid down in the Prospectus.
